I offer private (1 person), semi-private (1-3 people), and small group (3-5) sessions at your location or at my home studio.
Types of classes offered: vinyasa, power, hatha, restorative, yin, chair yoga, sound healing.
Fees vary depending on session length (60mins to 90mins) and location.

A 1-on-1 session can help you accelerate the learning process and help you integrate into a group class with much more ease, confidence and knowledge of basic alignment, breathing techniques, modifications most appropriate for you and other recommendations.
Modify for Injuries/Pain
A 1-on-1 session can help you work thru injuries kindly so you can get back to your regular practice. It’s also common for doctors to recommend yoga for chronic pain such as low back pain, however blindly starting as a newbie with pain can make things worse.
Hands-on Assists and Adjustments
Whether you choose a therapeutic practice or flow type class that is tailored to your needs, every 1-on-1 session includes gentle yet supportive hands-on assists and adjustments that will help your body lengthen, strengthen, release or relax.
If you’ve been struggling with a particular pose, a 1-on-1 session can help you unlock areas of your body that are inhibiting your progress. We will take a close look at your movement patterns to sharpen your body awareness.
Deepen Your Practice
Deepening your practice can mean many things from learning where to let go to touching your toes. Whatever and however you would like to deepen your connection to your practice, I’m here to support you.
My philosophy is anyone can do yoga and any of the poses you set your mind to. You don’t have to wait til you’re “advanced” to even try. I will teach you step by step to access those elusive and challenging poses.
